We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations and amendments made within the 48 hour cancellation policy will incur a full charge. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
If guests have booked through an agent / third party, they would need to amend or cancel their reservation through them as we can not change any reservation. Each agent / third party has their own cancellation policy, so you would need to check that before booking.
To ensure a comfortable and appropriate stay, we kindly request that all guests making room reservations be 18 years of age or older. However, we do offer interconnecting rooms for families who prefer separate accommodations for parents and children.

We offer family rooms at our establishment, complete with 'z beds' to ensure comfortable accommodation for all. When making a reservation, whether online or over the phone, kindly inform us about the number of adults and children accompanying you, so we can allocate a suitable room that can accommodate your party.
If you require a cot for your stay, please let us know the total number of guests in the room, allowing us to assign a spacious room that can accommodate the cot accordingly. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and we strive to ensure that every aspect of your stay meets your family's needs.
You can pay for your reservation on departure (only for direct bookings). However, we will ask for card details to secure the reservation. Although no money will be taken, an account check will automatically be done where £1 will be taken and then refunded, this is to check the card has sufficient funds and the card matches the address and name associated with the reservation.
If there is an issue with this - such as the billing address does not match the address on the reservation, we may ask for another card or ask for payment on arrival. Guests can use another card or pay with cash on departure, and the card stored on the system will be removed once you check out.
Located a brief stroll across the car park, you will find the Garden Court building. Guests who have specifically booked Garden Court rooms, as indicated during the booking process, will be allocated accommodation in this separate building. It is important to note that accessing the Garden Court requires stepping outside of the main hotel premises.
Additionally, please be aware that this building does not have a lift facility. We appreciate your understanding and are available to assist with any further inquiries or assistance you may require during your stay.

Just a short five-minute drive or a pleasant 30-minute walk from our doorstep, this fantastic facility awaits you.
Please note, should you wish to use the facilities at our sister hotel, please enquire at reception where you'll be given a voucher to hand over on arrival to The Barnstaple Hotel.

You can check into the hotel from 3pm. On the day of departure, you will be required to check out of your room by 11am, but are welcome to stay and enjoy our Seasons Bar and Lounge.
We have car parking on site which is available free of charge for guests.
