As a guest staying at The Park Hotel, we want to ensure you have all the information you should need throughout your stay. Should you have any further questions, please refer to our FAQs or contact us directly and we'll be more than happy to help. 

Should you need to contact us throughout your stay, please dial 0 on the phone provided in the room, this will direct you to our reception team. Alternatively, call 01271 372166 or email reservations@parkhotel.co.uk.

Calling Other Rooms - To contact other rooms please dial the room number 

External Calls - Press ‘9’ then proceed with the number you require. 

Telephone Call Charges - All UK-wide landline and mobile numbers made from your room phone are charged at 25p a unit. International and premium rate numbers incur additional charges.

A porter is available 24 hours a day. If you need any assistance, please contact reception on 0 using the phone provided in the room. A night porter is on duty throughout the night from 10.30pm. Please note: Alcoholic beverages are only available when the bar is open.

What to expect during your stay:

  • Rooms will be refreshed daily.
  • Stays of 4 nights or more will be fully serviced halfway through your stay.

Should you require your room to be fully serviced please request at reception the evening before.

Irons and ironing boards are available for guests, please dial ‘0’ to have this brought to your room. Once you have finished with this, please contact reception to have this collected.

The card used at the time of booking will be used for payment for any extras, if you would like to check the details of this card or to add an alternative card to be put on file please call our guest relations team from your room by dialling ‘0’.

Please see reception for a copy of your room bill, please be sure to check your bill before payment is made. Extras will be taken from the card on the booking unless we have been instructed otherwise.

The Management wishes to inform you that our responsibility for loss or damage to any article or articles of value whilst at our Hotel is restricted to the terms of the Hotel Proprietor’s Act 1956 i.e. £100 per guest. All bedrooms have their own safes and we recommend that these are used. However, guests are recommended to maintain their own insurance coverage on the items in question as the hotel cannot accept responsibility for any valuables.

NHS Direct Advice can be obtained 24 hours, 365 days a year, by calling: '9 111' Alternatively you can access their website at www.nhs.uk. They will provide help and information about:

  • Out-of-hour doctors and dental services
  • Telephone support for long-term conditions
  • Pre and post-operative support
  • 24-hour response to health scares.

For minor cuts and bruises, first aid kits are available from reception 24 hours, as well as trained first aiders. 

FREE Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel via Brend Hotels Wifi and please follow the instructions from the pop-up window. Please contact reception if assistance is required.

Bus and train timetables are available from reception  or a taxi can be pre-ordered for you.
