RHS Garden Rosemoor’s Autumn Woodfest will be a fun-filled weekend of activities, wood crafts, yoga, great food and talks, plus much more for all the family. See artisans at work on traditional crafts, including wood turning, carving and whittling, basket weaving and spinning in their garden room from Friday to Sunday. There will also be a chance to purchase some stunning wood crafts from some of the best wood traders in the region.

Garden Display Dig for Victory

14th October - 17th November

To mark the 80th anniversary of the outbreak of the Second World War, this “Dig for Victory” exhibition looks at the important role that the RHS played in the governments ‘Dig for Victory’ Campaign. From the iconic publication of the Vegetable Garden displayed to touring lectures on gardening up and down the country, this display reveals how the RHS helped the nation to feed itself.

The display includes photos and memories of wartime vegetable gardens submitted in response to the public appeal the RHS ran earlier this year. It also shines a light on the Society's work with community groups and the ways that growing fruit and vegetables continues to bring people together today.

Rosemoor Glow Nights

15th November onwards

Spend an evening around the Winter Garden, Stream Field and Long Borders - see them come alive with colour and lights.

Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday the 'Glow' Garden Illuminations will be taking place. Based in and around their Winter and Formal Gardens, they invite you to enjoy the magical illumination of the gardens in the depths of winter. See the hi-tech colour changing lights illuminate trees and shrubs making an amazing show to delight and enthral visitors, for a truly unique view of these stunning gardens.

If you've always wanted to explore RHS Gardens Rosemoor with a twist, this is the perfect opportunity!

Cool update for a classic garden...

With a cool, calm colour palette and focus on water, the newly opened Cool Garden is the perfect foil for the fiery planting of the neighbouring Hot Garden.

Formerly known as the Spiral Garden, this area has been redesigned by multi-award-winning garden designer Jo Thompson and opened as the Cool Garden in July 2019.

The garden is Rosemoor’s first and only garden designed around an ornamental water feature, adding a beautiful, reflective element to the space.

Building upon the relaxed style, subtle tones and silvery foliage of the former Spiral Garden, the space features plants with cool-coloured flowers of blue, white and pastel shades that complement and flow with the water element of the garden’s design.

The cool, calm planting scheme counters the fiery hues of the nearby Hot Garden, which is ablaze with vibrant colour in summer, and continues the link between the two neighbouring gardens.
